Protection of Personal Data

In accordance with the terms of articles 5.1 and 6 of Organic Law 15/1999 on Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the information you voluntarily provide will be included in databases for which STV COMUNICACION, S.L. is responsible, with the purpose of managing the selection of candidates that the company considers to be of interest. For that purpose, candidates are required to send their CV, which entails sending personal data such as: name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, education, profession and other data needed to conduct a proper selection of staff. The data will be used only for this purpose.

The candidate guarantees to the company that all the personal and business information they provide is exact and up-to-date, so that it is a true reflection of the candidate’s current situation. It is the candidate’s role and obligation to keep their data current at all times, and the candidate has sole responsibility for any inaccuracy or falsehood in the data provided to the company and any damages this may cause to STV COMUNICACION, S.L.

The company reserves the right to keep the candidate’s CV for future selection processes for a maximum period of two years. Unless you indicate otherwise, we understand that you consent expressly to the data treatment indicated.

You may exercise your rights to access, rectify, cancel and opposeyour personal data, in writing to, attaching a scanned copy of your national identity document.
